New Measurement Application
Developing a new measurement application for your Filmetrics system usually just consists of setting up a new recipe in your FILMeasure software, using the supplied material library to describe your film stack. The best way to set up a new recipe is to save a similar recipe under a new name and then modify it so that it describes your new film stack. Additional recipe examples may be found in your user manual under Making Measurements.
If your film is not listed in the material library then it may be possible to select a similar material or to measure the index of your film and then save it as a new material. Contact Filmetrics if you would like assistance setting up your new application.
